Nimit Sawhney and Larry Moore: VOATZ

VOATZ, co-founded by Nimit Sawhney, is a Boston start-up that describes itself as “a mobile elections platform that makes it possible to vote from a mobile device by leveraging the security built into the latest versions of smartphone technology, and the immutability of the blockchain.” Larry Moore is the founder of Clear Ballot (and a regular attendee of the B/C Working Group), which has partnered with VOATZ. VOATZ has garnered a lot of attention recently through its use in some West Virginia counties for the return of UOCAVA ballots.
