Biography
Victoria Henley is a PhD student of international relations and methods with interests in deterrence and bureaucratic politics. She received a B.S. with Honors from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Victoria is a U.S. Army officer, and prior to MIT, she planned and executed military exercises throughout Europe.
