Biography

Sarah Beech is a doctoral student in the Political Science department at MIT. Her research explores the intersection of social cognition and political behavior in the context of inequality and domestic social movements. Before joining the MIT community, she studied public opinion of the anti-human trafficking movement on her college campus. Sarah won the William Jennings Bryan Award for writing the best undergraduate thesis in the UT Government Department for the 2018-19 academic year. She holds a BA in Psychology and a BA in Government from the University of Texas at Austin (UT).
