Biography

Raymond is a PhD candidate at the department, with a focus on security studies and political economy. His dissertation examines how states can shape international institutions without explicitly breaking or changing the rules, including historical and contemporary cases on the World Trade Organization, the International Monetary Fund, and the World Bank.
