
Jemima Baar
Biography
Jemima Baar is a PhD student in International Relations and Security Studies, with a substantive interest in Chinese foreign and security policy. She holds a double-starred first-class B.A. from the University of Cambridge and an M.A. from Columbia University, where she was an International Fellow. She is a recipient of MIT's Walter A. Rosenblith Presidential Fellowship.
Prior to joining MIT, Jemima was a Staff Officer at NATO’s Allied Command Transformation. She recently testified before the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission, and her work has appeared in War on the Rocks and Asian Affairs.
