Helen Webley-Brown is a PhD student in American Politics and Political Methodology. Her research interests include the criminal legal system, public opinion, and how race and emerging technologies impact public service provision. She completed her BA in Political Science at Washington University in St. Louis with College Honors. Helen is supported by the Edie N. Goldenberg (1967) Fund.
