Three ways MIT researchers are defining the next generation of manufacturing
A new effort, Manufacturing@MIT, which Professor John Hart of the Department of Mechanical Engineering codirects with Institute Professor of Political Science Suzanne Berger, will develop new scalable and sustainable production processes and study how new technologies are adopted and how organizations can improve their factories while creating good jobs.
