GIS Part 2: Visualization and Analysis in R

This workshop will teach you how to make maps and some simple geospatial calculations in R. We'll learn what are the main components of spatial data, how we can combine this spatial data with other data sources, and how we can create and manipulate maps. We’ll also learn some simple spatial regression techniques. This workshop is good for students with some familiarity with R, but does not require previous knowledge of geospatial analysis.
