Political Methodology Lab (PML)

The Political Methodology Lab (PML) is MIT's center of activities related to quantitative methods in political science. Their primary mission is to foster research and education in quantitative political methodology through various channels. The Lab is always looking for innovative ways to fulfill their mission in the midst of constantly advancing technology.

In PML's speaker series, the Lab invites first-rate methodologists to present their current research so that the methods community at MIT will have the opportunity to interact with them and learn about cutting-edge research in quantitative methods. Their workshop series organizes tutorials for faculty, researchers and students who want to acquire new computational and analytical skills. The Lab funds faculty and student research projects on quantitative methods and various methods-related activities initiated by members of our community.
