Jacob Jaffe
Biography
Jacob Jaffe is a PhD candidate in American Politics and Methods whose research focuses on using cutting edge methods to study election administration and voter behavior. His dissertation uses field experiments, queueing theory, and combinatorics to study voter information and vote mode, vote times and the wait to vote, and the error rate in vote tabulation.
Jacob came to MIT from Rice University, where he earned BAs in Political Science, Statistics, and Policy Studies. He works with the MIT Election Data and Science Lab
