Aidan Milliff is a PhD candidate at MIT in comparative politics and international relations/security studies. His work focuses on the cognitive, emotional, and social forces that shape political violence, forced migration, and the politics of South Asia. In 2021-2022, Aidan is a Predoctoral fellow at the Institute for Security and Conflict Studies at George Washington University, and a USIP-Minerva Peace and Security Scholar.
